Submitted question/request: You should pray for all the people suffering from pornagraphy and sexual addiction. Its a serious problem and whoever tries their hardest to stay away should be very proud of themselves. Its a very hard thing to be beat, since we all get tempted.
I do pray for everyone’s deliverance from evil and I’m happy to pray for anyone seeking to put off this sinful belief. I have been healed of addiction to drugs myself and see sex addiction as similar — both, at their root, suggest we can be separate from God’s goodness and love.
I’m glad you mentioned this. The pornography industry is a huge billion dollar industry and is trying to become “mainstream.” Society today is condoning it in our TV shows and movies and we have to be aware that the porn industry wants us to accept it as normal, like the tobacco industry tried to make people believe smoking was healthy.
The looms of crime, hidden in the dark recesses of mortal thought, are every hour weaving webs more complicated and subtle. So secret are the present methods of animal magnetism that they ensnare the age into indolence, and produce the very apathy on the subject which the criminal desires.

We need to know that God gave us dominion over sin and “every creeping thing” — even those insidious tempting, creeping thoughts, that try to mislead us. Plus, God helps us, forgives us, and heals us. God did not send sin upon us. We made up sin by worshipping matter and material idols.
We also can know, affirm, and demonstrate that man is not made a sinner — rather man has dominion over “everything that creepeth upon the earth.” The ultimate truth is that all evil, sin, error, etc is not part of God’s creation! Therefore we have divine power, as Jesus did, to see it as unreal and to also understand that sin is, was, and never will be, part of God’s good creation, nor part of any man or woman.
Mankind must learn that evil is not power. Its so-called despotism is but a phase of nothingness. Christian Science despoils the kingdom of evil, and pre-eminently promotes affection and virtue in families and therefore in the community. The Apostle Paul refers to the personification of evil as “the god of this world,” and further defines it as dishonesty and craftiness.
